1. Information we collect

We may collect account information, authentication data, credit balance, subscription status, project metadata, storyboard inputs, generated outputs, payment records, usage logs, and uploaded asset metadata.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide the app, save projects, manage credits, organize assets, prevent abuse, provide support, and prepare payment and service reporting.

3. AI providers

Storyboard inputs and selected assets may be sent to AI providers to generate outputs. Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential business secrets, or regulated data into storyboard fields.

4. Payments

Payment details may be processed by Paddle or another payment provider. PromptCove stores payment metadata such as transaction ID, amount, status, plan, and credits added, but does not store full card numbers.

5. Security

Private provider instructions, API keys, and protected provider logic remain server-side. Authentication and database access controls are used to limit access to user data.

6. Data deletion

Users may request account or project deletion by contacting support. Some records may be retained where needed for security, accounting, or abuse prevention.
