Refund Policy
How PromptCove reviews refund requests for SaaS access, credit packs, and subscriptions.

1. Access and credits
PromptCove may provide assisted access, plan activation, or manual credit grants for qualified customers and launch partners. Credits that are granted without a live payment are not cash-refundable.
2. Credit packs
Unused credit pack purchases may be reviewed for refund within 14 days of purchase. Used credits are generally not refundable because AI generation costs are incurred when credits are spent.
3. Subscriptions
Subscription users may cancel future renewals. Refunds for subscription charges may be reviewed case by case, especially for duplicate payments, accidental purchases, or technical issues that prevent access.
4. Abuse and policy violations
PromptCove may deny refunds where accounts are used for abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, policy violations, or attempts to access protected provider logic or other users data.
5. How to request a refund
Contact support@promptcove.com with your account email, transaction ID, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.
