1. PromptCove services

PromptCove provides AI storyboard workflow generation, exports, asset library functionality, billing, feedback, and related SaaS features.

2. Credits and usage

Credits are used for paid PromptCove actions when enabled. Credit costs may vary by feature. Free, promotional, or manually granted credits may be limited, changed, or removed based on usage, abuse prevention, or account status.

3. AI-generated outputs

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or unsuitable for a specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating outputs before publishing or relying on them.

4. Customer responsibilities

You agree not to use PromptCove for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or unsafe content. You must not attempt to access private provider instructions, API keys, protected provider logic, or other users data.

5. No marketplace positioning

PromptCove is not a public prompt marketplace or creator seller economy. It is a focused marketing studio SaaS for asset organization and production planning.

6. Payments

Paddle may act as merchant of record or payment processor depending on setup. PromptCove controls the product experience, credit delivery, customer support, and service access.

7. Availability

PromptCove may update, improve, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may update these terms when the service changes.
